This looks very promising, looking forward to watching the movie! I'll have to try to get around to the book as well.

The Borg filled in the Klingons after the Ferengi failed. The Cardassians were more a side step seeking to make another antagonist but not one at least equal to the Federation. So much of what we saw involving the Cardassians in TNG was the Fed going out of its way to avoid a war they could win, bu...

Well we've always known the Klingons were the good guys anyway, right? F... the good guys! Credible villains are what a tv show/movie needs. And yes, I'm looking at you Stargate movie! :geek: Well to be honest TNG started out with giant space jellyfish and Ferengi bad guys but then it imp...

Not sure if you're able to answer but, is the sub-systems your company deliver only intended for the Brazilian E/F models or the Swedish ones as well? It was originally provided for the very first Gripen aircraft, and has been fitted to all of them since then. We haven't manufactured any for some y...

The pieces to the puzzle may be starting to fall into place. This production facility in the US would likely produce some of the parts for a Gripen Aggressor bought by the US. One of the advantages that Saab have is that they're putting Gripen back into production anyway for the Brazilian order - t...

Yeah I'm waiting for the next generation carbine to be selected in a couple of years. Hope something good gets the nod.
The AK-5s are getting quite worn out so it's time to move on, and the AK-4s will be replaced as well as part of that process.

The specops birds have gone dark.

A Cobra Ball aircraft took off from Japan and tracked in the general direction of the Korean peninsula before killing ADS-B and going dark as well.
Another missile shoot expected?

Reminded me of the old legend (which is almost certainly untrue) of the B-58 that was in deep maintenance when the "withdraw and scrap" order came through. The B-58s were scrapped with almost indelicate haste and in the rush, the aircraft in maintenance was overlooked. it had been dismant...

Looks like at least five US specops birds are airborne over Japan. Think all are MC-130H Combat Talon II.
Interesting, they're showing on ADS-B though so likely not a live mission. Though perhaps positioning assets?

I wonder if this is the variant being proposed by Saab to India for its version of Gripen NG esp for any double seat (WSO) proposal. So far things are in early stage of being discussed/conceived, and it will compete against F-16 for about 200 airframes contract of SE (single engine) requirement. Pr...
