It probably is. Our railway guns are probably fourteen inch.

Uh, lacking access to that site where this epic first appears, I may speculate without fear of spoilers...

Occurred to me... If those rad-stricken angels' skin condition is allowed to progress, survivors may end up as Demons...

( There was a Classic SciFi short story which had as its punchline the demon-raising Hero changing the inscription over the Hall Of Healing from 'A Villain is just a sick Hero' to 'A Devil is just a sick Angel'...
Pax Vobiscum, y'all !!
)

Part 77 is up on SDN.

Without infringing spoiler conventions, one thing struck me Stuart.

Generally General Asanee speaks like the Thai Ambassador from the TBOverse.

In this sentence however she sounds just like Suphi - note the grammar:

"With Army this big from so many nations, things bound to be screwed up."

We were talking about the command problems with multi-national forces over the weekend and I was picking her brains about the things likely to go wrong so I probably just sort-of-quoted her. The thing about the various national components wandering off and doing their own things without telling the central authority is straight Suphi; this was a problem in Iraq where various special forces groups were doing their own national business without telling anybody else. She waxed quite lyrical on that point. Apparently quite a few incidents had their birth in such operations and nobody worked it out for some time afterwards.

Stuart, there's a typo in the Chinese section of Chapter 76. the ZBD-97 (it's been referred to as the ZBD-04) should be an infantry fighting vehicle, not an armored personnel carrier. With a 100mm main cannon and a twenty ton chassis (depending on level of bolt on armor), I don't think it really counts as an APC.
